Workshops

We regularly host weekend workshops in Warsaw based on the Body-Mind Centering® approach. These workshops offer a space for creative exploration of the body, integrating conscious movement, improvisation, touch and voice work, and experiential anatomy.

In somatic practices, we focus on the internal sensations and experiences of our bodies. The goal of these practices is to cultivate body awareness through mindful observation and sensing of bodily signals, as well as recognizing how we interpret and respond to them.

A deeper connection with the body paves the way for lasting change – both personal and social. It is not just a movement practice but also a tool for reclaiming bodily freedom, setting boundaries, and fostering relationships grounded in care and attentiveness.
