about me

An artistic-ecological-somatic educator rooted in the Body-Mind Centering® approach, group movement improvisation, and theater pedagogy. Their work bridges performative art with ecology, exploring connections between the body and the natural environment. They lead workshops and artistic projects such as the Polish-Icelandic program LEAF, which develops ecological art forms for activists, and “Ecosomatic May Day,” a long-term initiative supporting the regeneration of activists at the Polish-Belarusian border.

They also conduct creative workshops for diverse groups, including migrants and caregivers from Ukraine, as part of projects like The Art of Moving Forward and Overseas, using somatic approaches to explore the body. Another project, REFLECT, focused on migrant groups in Warsaw, incorporating nature immersion elements. Their practice fosters sensory awareness through activities in green spaces such as forests and urban parks, engaging participants in reflections on the interdependence of humans and the environment.

Their portfolio includes performances like “The Time of Mycelium,” inspired by Olga Tokarczuk’s work, and “Migrations of Mindfulness,” exploring the ecological dimensions of migration in both wild and urban landscapes. By combining an interdisciplinary approach with deep ecological knowledge, they support processes of cultural expression, helping participants understand their place within the broader web of life.

about me

I am an artist and educator whose practice unfolds at the intersection of somatics, dance, improvisation and performing arts. I explore the body as an archive of experiences—a place where personal and societal narratives, movement and stillness, nature and culture intertwine.

I co-found and co-lead the Somatic Sanatorium Foundation, where I conduct body-awareness workshops rooted in the Body-Mind Centering® approach and co-create artistic projects. I am a member of the Association of Theater Pedagogues and the Nurt Foundation collective. I have also co-created collectives such as the Social-Theater Laboratory, Bliskość w Ruchu and SzurSure. From 2017 to 2024, I participated in the Oddaj Ciężar project.

I completed the Experimental Choreography Course at Centrum w Ruchu (2018) and am certified as a Somatic Movement Educator in Body-Mind Centering®. I am currently pursuing the second stage of training at the Practitioner level. I have been a recipient of the Alternative Dance Academy scholarship (2019) and the KPO for Culture program (2024).

The projects I co-create, such as the Polish-Icelandic LEAF and Ecosomatcyzna majówka, examine the relationships between the body and the environment, supporting activists in their regeneration processes. In my work with migrant communities, including projects like The Art of Moving Forward, Overseas and REFLECT, I use somatics to explore the body in relation to space, culture, and identity.

I am particularly drawn to the intersection of art, ecology, and community—creating spaces that provoke questions about interdependence, boundaries, and the potential of the body as a medium of transformation.
