Ecological Movements Project

Ecological Movements is a long-term program of ecological-somatic practices, launched in 2024. It focuses on building a community of individuals deeply engaged in understanding the interconnectedness of humans, the Earth, and the body as an integral part of the ecosystem. Through the process of embodiment, the program seeks to uncover and explore these relationships.

The Ecological Movements Project is implemented with financial support obtained through the National Recovery Plan (KPO) program.

In the autumn of 2024, we brought together a group of individuals from diverse backgrounds—those working with the land, environmental activists, and movement practitioners—to form a community dedicated to developing simple, everyday practices. These practices emphasize a relational understanding of humans as deeply connected to the “more-than-human” world.

We facilitated laboratories in Warsaw's Jazdów and in nature.

Everyone of us is a child, everyone of us is ancient, everyone of us has a body. Everything is alive – shells, buildings, people, fish, mountains, trees,
wood is alive. Water is alive. Everything has its own life. Everything lives inside us.
