Wideo powstało w ramach projektu „Ruchy Ekologiczne”, który odbył się jesienią 2024 r. w warszawskim Jazdowie i Puszczy Białowieskiej.

Ruchy ekologiczne to wieloletni program działań ekologiczno-somatycznych, który zaczynamy w 2024 budowaniem społeczności osób zainteresowanych głębszym zrozumieniem relacji człowieka z Ziemią i ciałem, jako integralnej części ekosystemu oraz odkrywania tych relacji poprzez proces ucieleśnienia.

Poprzez proste praktyki badamy, jak można odzyskać zerwane więzi z naturą, podważając dominujące, antropocentryczne myślenie. Poszukujemy nowych form współistnienia, zakorzenionych w uważności, cielesnej obecności i głębokim doświadczeniu środowiska, które nas otacza.

The video was created as part of the project „Ecological Movements”, which took place in autumn 2024 in Warsaw’s Jazdów district and the Białowieża Forest.

Ecological Movements is a long-term program of ecological-somatic practices, launched in 2024. It focuses on building a community of individuals deeply engaged in understanding the interconnectedness of humans, the Earth, and the body as an integral part of the ecosystem. Through the process of embodiment, the program seeks to uncover and explore these relationships.

Through simple practices, we explore how to reconnect with nature, questioning dominant anthropocentric narratives. We seek new forms of coexistence rooted in awareness, embodied presence and a deep sensory connection with the environment around us.
